ART COMMISSIONS
- I do gift/fan art, you can commission me to draw for other people or draw fandom characters.- PLEASE, PLEASE give me a heads up on triggers / epilepsy and related.- i prefer to work with references than text. pose references, little sketches and others are welcome.- i'm always open to changing sketch/lineart/painting but please specify what you want changed correctly- i CAN and WILL refuse ur commission if i have a previous problem with you and/or the person you're commissioning me for, or if your request makes me uncomfortable in some way.- if you have an old commission/art piece of mine, i dont mind if you commission me again to redraw it! i'd love to do so!- i'll do anything as long i'm being paid to do so, but hateful/disrespectful speech and content or weird shit (map, lolicon, zoo etctera) will NOT be tolerated.- keep in mind that my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the examples and the art you will receive.- i often will not work within deadlines, unless i am paid more to do so.- i am NOT able to refund since paypal converts USD to BRL.★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★PAYMENT METHODS
- I have prices only on USD and BRL, but will accept just any type of money.- i get full payment either before or after sketch. i DON'T take split payment or payment plans.- if someone else pays for your commission, you must state it in your commission form.- I'll only accept voucher payments BEFORE the art. I can accept it only after sketch and nothing else.- vouchers must meet the price of the art or at least be close to it.

DESIGN COMMISSIONS / CUSTOMS / ADOPTS
- what happens with the OC/design after it's yours is not my problem anymore. you're free to redesign it, and if the design ever diverts way too much from the original, idc if you make them two separate ocs. go on! just credit me properly.- change what you want from the design, be it species or just the eye color. creating a new character based on my design is also ok, if you BOUGHT said design and uses both OCs.- you can change the design into an open/closed species if you got permission from the owner of it. dont turn my original design into a new closed species inspired on it.- i often do little stories for my adopts that are just my process thoughts, but you can ofc ignore it and do what you want to or reform it alot.- resell them as you want, but please dont charge more than the original price if you didn't got at least one extra art.- if you're putting them for sale on another site or getting them out of toyhouse, give me a heads up! i prefer to keep track of my designs- idc if you buy my adopts for friends, be it any reason. you can gift it away for them :]- you can reach me out any moment to return me the design, but i wont be able to refund if it was bought.★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ART/DESIGN USAGE
- COMERCIAL USE of designs as in games, livestreams, comics, music albums, vtubers, prints, posters, stickers, keychains, cosplay, promotion or dolls are okay! just PUBLICY give me credits for the OCs design, and make sure that its new art being made and not mine.
my own art cannot be used by you comercially unless with a fee.- all kind of PERSONAL USE is ok. like wallpapers, written fiction, using as icon, banners, etc.- do not use my designs for shitty purposes like lgbtphobia, racism, pedophilia or any other hateful, discriminatory and gross speech or content in general.- do not involve my designs & art in general into NFT/crypto bullshit. ill autoblock & public blacklist you and even take legal action if you keep being dumb.

addons like small close-up of tattoos, hands, simple jewelry/accessories, clothing patterns and scars aren't charged unless detail is big enough to fit size categories (head, half, fullb).palette included. adding detailed text is choice of client.
