I DO NOT DO REFUNDS since I am unable to refund USD once the payment goes through.

I can draw gift art or fanart to a fandom character.

I will not work within deadlines unless paid more to do so.

please provide me a clear coloured reference/image of the character. additional pose references, little sketches and others are also very welcome.

I will not charge for changes on the art at any given time of the process unless it's a very big change, like remaking a whole character.

I'll do anything as long i'm being paid to do so, but hateful/disrespectful speech and content or weird shit (map, lolicon, zoo etctera) will NOT be tolerated.

keep in mind that my art is constantly evolving and changing, so there might be slight differences between the examples and the art you will receive.

I CAN and WILL refuse ur commission if i have a previous problem with you and/or the person you're commissioning me for, or if your request makes me uncomfortable in some way.

if you have an old commission/art piece of mine, I dont mind if you commission me again to redraw it! I'd love to do so.

I can put adopts on hold for as long as you wish for, and will only be put to sale again if I don't get answered for a very long time.

don't turn the designs I gave you into a new closed species based on it. you can however make the OC be part of a closed species and change their design accordingly.

do not resell designs you obtained for free or charge more than you obtained them for. if added extra value (like art) you may resell it as you wish.

whatever happens to the design after you buy it stops being my problem; you're free to redesign the character and even turn both designs into two different OCs, make twins, alts etc. just please credit me always.

change whatever you want on the design; species, hair, eyes etc.

if you're ever putting the design on sale on another site that is not toyhouse or getting the design out of TH, please give me a heads up.

you can buy my designs or adopts for other people, provided they aren't on my blacklist.

I often do little stories for my adopts that are just my process thoughts, but you can ignore it or just reshape it alot.

I have prices only on USD and BRL, but will accept just any type of money.

I will take payment either before or after sketch. I DON'T TAKE SPLIT PAYMENT OR PAYMENT PLANS.

if someone else pays for your commission, you must state it in your commission form.

I'll only accept voucher payments BEFORE the art. I can accept it at max after sketch and nothing else.

vouchers must meet the price of the art or at least be close to it.

you may use owned designs COMMERCIALLY, but not my art of the design itself unless with a fee and contract. make sure to give me credits publicy for the design.

COMMERCIAL USE includes: any monetized games, livestreams & videos, comics, music albums, vtubers, prints, posters, stickers, keychains, cosplay, promotion or dolls. if these aren't monetized, they will fall under personal use.

PERSONAL USE includes: using art as wallpapers, banner or icons, written fiction, printing an art with no intent of reselling, reposting with credit, among others. please just credit me for the art always.
